  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item and your preference.
